Booked a standard queen room with TV set and coffee/tea making equipment. Location: the hotel was so close to very beautiful waterfalls and misty mountains, waterfalls and tea gardens and treebo Misty garden. It also was next day onwards everything went well.

The hotel is in an amazing location right next to the Waterfall, forests, and misty garden. The standard king room was nicely decorated and included a TV set and coffee/tea making equipment. The staff was friendly and amicable.

We recently went on a romantic escape and stayed at a resort in Munnar. The complimentary breakfast and tea offered to us were a nice touch, and the view from the room was breathtaking. The location was perfect for the peaceful getaway we had in mind, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The food was overpriced and not very tasty. the service was slow and it took a long time to get our orders.
